If you are thinking of buying a home in the Rutherford, NJ areas; we know you’ve created a bathroom vision board! Nice bathrooms are hard to come across! That is why we have put a lot of hard work into the follow five amazing bathroom renovations projects:
Fair Lawn, NJ
In this bathroom, we added a dark vanity with a large sweeping sink. We installed a matching mirror above the vanity and chrome faucets throughout the bath. The floors are red oak hardwood for a sophisticated touch. White porcelain tiles surround the bathtub. Custom trim capped off the room to give character to this modern design.
Grove Street, NJ
In this remodel, we kept it simple. There were two full and two half bathrooms. Within one of the main bathrooms, we used a white on white color scheme and broke up the sterility with brushed nickel fixtures and a dark gray bath surround and floor tiles.
In the second half bathroom, we added a more modern feel with chrome and antique brass accents. A dark cabinet with sink provides plenty of storage space and sets the room off with sleek lines.
Monona Avenue, NJ
Our Home Renovation Contractors decided this bathroom remodel would look best with light grey hardwood floor tiles! We used the darkest color for our vanity and mirror trim to bring out the darker hues in the floor. Frosted glass window coverings and chrome fixtures add a bit of a sparkle to the room.
George Street, Teaneck, NJ
Have you ever thought about mixing it up when buying a home you would like to remodel? That is exactly what we did with the bathroom on George Street. We put the same flooring on the back wall of the bath and shower; it is a medium grey hardwood floor with brown accents. Large white tiles on the side of the enclosure made the transition to the white bathroom walls seamless. We added a few chrome fixtures and we were done.
Prospect Place, Rutherford, NJ
This house had two bathrooms. In the first one, we went with white on white with the cabinets and walls staying sleek. A pair of round mirrors over the double sinks and light grey hardwood floors capped off the design.
We took an ultra modern approach to the other bath by adding a dark cabinet, a wood accent wall in the bath, and a wood trimmed mirror to the white tub, sink, and toilet.
We know the popular housing trends and know what items create value in each house. We hope your enjoyed our five best bathroom renovations and keep an eye out for our quick bathroom fix blog post in the upcoming month!
